Below, you shall find the words of His Excellency, Justicar Jaroslav
Pascek of the Brujah.

Hearken, kindred of the Camarilla, I bear words his Excellency,
Jaroslav Pascek of the Brujah, Empowered by the Inner Circle, Lord
Justicar of the Camarilla, all heed his decree:
No creature that can claim membership in the Sabbat rebellion shall
bear the honor of any form of recognition in our noble society. Those
who can claim membership in the Sabbat are fallen and damned in the
eyes of the Justicariate. From this night onward, any Camarilla member
who knowingly associates with a member of the Sabbat will be removed
of all their standing and put to death as a traitor to their sect and
blood. Let none allow their minds to be influenced by the vile
temptations of the Sabbat, who by their very nature corrupt and defile
all things that we hold sacred. Let free association with the Sabbat,
Sabbat-sympathizers, and recruiters be scourged from the Camarilla.
In concurrence with the precedent set by fellow Justicars, it is
decreed that those who possess the discipline known as 'Obtenebration'
must possess it with the blessings of the Lasombra Herald.
Registration for obtenebration is closed. Should an individual be
found in want of said blessing, or previous registration, it is
recommended that they be presented to the Lasombra Herald for
judgement.
Our offices have brought into service Archon Jean Val Pierre, should
one discover an individual possessing either Vicissitude or
unregistered Obtenebration; they are to report it to Archon Jean Val
Pierre at once.
There can be no peace until every last Sabbat member is put to the
sword, let us hasten that day.

Re: Admendment to Directive 062300-192/Lasombra
Over the past two years, those Lasombra who have sworn obedience and
fealty
to the Camarilla have gone to great lengths to sway Our mind
regarding
Directive 062300-192/Lasombra. The full text of that edict is as
follows:
"Less than a hundred Lasombra, calling themselves "Lasombra
antitribu", are
committed members of the Camarilla. They are to be accorded respect
within
our Great Society for renouncing their clanmates in the Sabbat
rebellion.

All Camarilla Lasombra are strongly encouraged to register their
lineage and
childer with the Justicarate and their Prince so that an accurate
census may
be maintained. Lasombra who are not confirmed Elders in the
Camarilla, trace
a confirmed lineage from such Elders, or been individually registered
with
the Justicarate are to be considered in league with the Sabbat
rebellion and
dealt with accordingly.
Kindred who have learned Obtenebration from unregistered Lasombra may
be
considered in league with the Sabbat rebellion and dealt with
accordingly.
All Kindred possessing the gift of Obtenebration are strongly
encouraged to
register with their Prince so that the legitimacy of their teacher
may be
ascertained. Princes are within their rights to restrict the teaching
of
Obtenebration or refuse hospitality to those who do within their
domain.
All Camarilla Lasombra are bound by the limitations imposed by the
1998
Chicago Conclave."
To further prove their unswavering devotion to the Camarilla, these
Lasombra
have appointed a servitor to the Justicariate. This Herald will
provide
references and verification of lineage should it be necessary to
investigate
any member of this group. Princes may contact any Justicar through
the
proper channels for verification should it prove necessary.
This arrangement and display of devotion has earned just reward.
Henceforth,
all Camarilla-loyal Lasombra are no longer bound by the restrictions
upon
Camarilla position dictated at the Conclave in Chicago of 1998. They
are due
all standing and respect of the Camarilla, and thus may serve the
Camarilla
in any capacity they are strong enough to hold.
Secondly, the time period alloted for Registration with this Office
is now
closed. Those loyal individuals who possess the powers of
Obtenebration have
had ample opportunity to register themselves, and We thank them for
their
devotion. Any others who have not yet registered with this Office who
are
not Camarilla Lasombra no longer have the opportunity to do so, and
are to
be handled in the same manner as outlined in the original Directive.
Loyalty and devotion are to be rewarded.
